At MOSNOVO, we offer you 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Each item is hand checked by a member of Team MOSNOVO before it goes out the door to ensure you get the best! While we make every effort to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen. If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures of the defect and contact us right away. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.
Order the wrong thing? Doesn't work for you? Want to return it? No Problem!
We offer an easy, "No Hassle Return Policy" If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return it for a full refund (not included shipping cost) within 30 days from the date of purchase. It's that simple. All we ask is that your material is unused and in the original packaging.
Please be noted
- Customized products are your unique creative expressions. Returns on customized item(s) for reasons other than MOSNOVO error will be subject to a 50% processing fee on the refund amount (after adjustment of discount/shipping, if required). Shipping fee is non-refundable.
- Any international or expedited shipping fees incurred on your original order will not be refunded
- MOSNOVO is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit to MOSNOVO. We recommend that you ship your returned products to MOSNOVO via atrackable shipment method. Customers are responsible for paying customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and brokerage.
- Promptly following MOSNOVO’s receipt of your returned product (typically within 7-10 business days), MOSNOVO will credit the amount paid for the returned product (less any shipping costs/expenses related to the original purchase, which are non-refundable) to the payment method you used to make the original purchase.
- MOSNOVO will not provide a refund for a product that is received by MOSNOVO more than thirty (30) days after the date of original purchase.
MOSNOVO also does not provide a refund for returned products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.
- This product refund policy applies to the direct end user purchaser. It does not apply to dealers, distributors or any other third parties in a distribution chain who purchase product for resale, nor does it cover products purchased through online auction websites or channels other than MOSNOVO's website.
